Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary

appropriations: $96,000.00 per year in fiscal years 2024-25 through 2027-28 and

$16,000.00 in 2028-29, excluding HST, to facilitate the renewal of a lease agreement

for 13,378 square feet of office space in Stephenville with Hulan Holdings Ltd.
