Executive Council
Executive Council Act and Intergovernmental Affairs Act
Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and section 3
of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased
to restructure the Office of the Executive Council, effective immediately, to consist
of all those functions formerly within the Office of the Executive Council and to create
four branches within the Office of the Chief Information Officer, as follows:
a) Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Office;
b) Cabinet Secretariat;
c) Communications and Public Engagement Branch;
d) Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat;
e) Office of the Chief Information Officer, with four branches as follows:
i) Cyber Security Office;
ii) Design and Delivery;
iii) Infrastructure and Security; and
iv) Planning and Transformation;
f) Office of Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation;
g) Office of the Premier;
h) Office of Women and Gender Equality; and
i) Treasury Board Secretariat.
