Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mark Healy as
Assistant Deputy Minister, Cyber Security Office, in the Office of the Chief
Information Officer, Executive Council, effective immediately, with salary at Step 24
on the 1510 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step
progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
