Under the authority of subsections 34(8) and 34(11) of the House of Assembly Act

and on the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ann Chafe as acting

Commissioner for Legislative Standards, effective May 26, 2023, with salary at Step

5 of the EP-06 scale, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases

to apply.
