Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Administrator, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint
Krista Lynn Howell as Minister of Education, with effect from June 14,2023.
