Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Andrew

Roberts as Assistant Deputy Minister, Design and Delivery, in the Office of the

Chief Executive Officer, Executive Council, effective June 12, 2023, with salary at

Step 21 of the 1450 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal

step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
