Public Trustee Act, 2009
Under the authority of paragraph 3(6)(b) of the Public Trustee Act, 2009, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Micheal Noseworthy as
Public Trustee, on an acting basis, in addition to his duties as Assistant Deputy
Minister, Courts and Corporate Services, at his current salary and point scale,
effective immediately.
