Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
Under the authority of section 6 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation
Act and in accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission
Act, and following consultation with the board of directors of Workplace NL, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ann Martin as the Chief
Executive Officer of Workplace NL for a term of five years, in accordance with a
contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
