Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

restructure the Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, effective

July 4,2023, to consist of all of those functions formerly within the Department

of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, with three branches as follows:

a) Agriculture and Lands,

b) Fisheries and Aquaculture, and.

c) Forestry and Wildlife.
