Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

appoint Stephen Balsom as Assistant Deputy Minister, Agriculture and Lands,

within the Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, effective July 4,

2023, at his current salary, on a personal basis, with general salary increases

applicable to Executive to apply.
