Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is to appoint

Keith Deering as Assistant Deputy Minister, Dairy Industry, within the

Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, effective July 4, 2023, with

salary at Step 25 of the 1788 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan,

and with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
