Under the authority of sections 5 and 7 of the Liquor Corporation Act and in

accordance with paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission

Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:

a) reappoint and designate Glenn Mifflin as Member and Chairperson of the Board

of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, for a three-year

term, effective from a current date; and

b) designate Lynn Zurel as Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the

Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, for the remainder of her current

term.
