Under the authority of subsection 18(1) of the Public Procurement Regulations, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to exempt the leasing of 20,760 square feet

of office space at 45 Major’s Path in St. John’s, for a term of 10 years, from the

requirements of an open call for bids.
