Transparency and Accountability Act
Under the authority of section 8 of the Transparency and Accountability Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Newfoundland and Labrador
Health Services to prepare a one-year strategic plan as a newly-formed Category 1
government entity for fiscal year 2023-24 and a two-year strategic plan for fiscal years
2024-25 and 2025-26.
