Under the authority of section 18 of the Buildings Accessibility Act, paragraph 4(a) of

the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and

Agencies, and in accordance with paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission

Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint the following

individuals to the Buildings Accessibility Advisory Board, for a two-year term, effective

immediately:

a) Dennis Gill, as Chairperson;

b) Brittany Mouland, as Vice-Chairperson, on a personal basis;

c) Emily Fouchard;

d) Robert Menchenton;

e) Randy Sooley;

f) Rose Wilson; and

g) Assistant Deputy Minister, Digital Government and Service Newfoundland

and Labrador, as department representative.
