Occupational Health and Safety Act
Under the authority of sections 12 and 14 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
and in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Randy Hart, as a management
representative, to the Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Council, for a three-year
term, effective from a current date.
