Under the authority of sections 4(1), 11.1 and 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act,

2007 and sections 245(1), (2) and (8) of the Corporations Act, and further to OC2021-

128, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby directs the Board of Directors of the

Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation to proceed with adjusting

the front line supervisor differential from a cash lump sum payment to a pensionable

earnings adjustment effective January 1,2023.
