Under the authority of section 5 of the Apprenticeship and Certification Act and in

accordance with paragraph 21(2)(a) and section 22 of the Public Service Commission

Act, to appoint/reappoint the following persons to the Provincial Apprenticeship and

Certification Board, for a three-year term, effective July 23,2023:

Reappointments:

a) Lorna Harnum, as Chairperson;

b) Marion Isaacs, as Employee Representative;

c) Bobby Meade, as Employee Representative;

d) Krista Cox, as At-Large Representative;

e) Barry Roberts, as At-Large Representative;

f) Steven Downer, as an alternate At-Large Representative;

Appointments:

g) Cyril Hayden, as Employer Representative;

h) John McLellan, as Employer Representative;

i) Mark Lush, as an alternate Employer Representative; and

j) Darin King, as an alternate Employee Representative.
