Under the authority of section 7 of the Business Investment Corporation Act and section 6 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to appoint the following members to the Board of Directors of the Business Investment Corporation and the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprise Evaluation Board, with effect from a current date, for a three year term:
 a) Mr. Bill Wells, as Chair;
 b) Mr. Fred Drover, as Vice-Chair;
 c) Mr. Roy Percy;
 d) Mr. Dennis Waterman;
 e) Ms. Peggy Bartlett;
 f) Ms. Lorraine Cooper;
 g) Deputy Minister or Assistant Deputy Minister of Finance;
 h) Deputy Minister or Assistant Deputy Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development; and
 i) Assistant Deputy Minister of Business and Regional Development, Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development. (Revised on July 10, 2015)
