Under the authority of section 26 of the Wild Life (Amendment) Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is please to proclaim the Wild Life

(Amendment) Act into force, with the exception of subsection 1(3), on the date

of publication of the Proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
