Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary

appropriations: $136,140 per year for fiscal years 2024-25 to 2027-28, inclusive, and

$45,380 for fiscal year 2028-29, excluding HST, to facilitate the renewal of a lease

agreement for 13,091 square feet of space in Whitboume with Morgan Enterprises

Limited.
