Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations $129,471.79 per

year for fiscal years 2024-25 to 2033-34, inclusive, excluding HST, to facilitate a lease

agreement for 3,437 square feet of office space in Springdale office space with

Noble’s Construction Limited.
