Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act
Under the authority of sections 10 and 15 of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador
Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, and in accordance
with paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Ted O’Keefe as a provincial
member to the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, for a
six-year term, effective September 14,2023.
