Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
Under the authority of section 150 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation
Act, 2022, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to provide approval for the
Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission to make the Workplace
Health, Safety and Compensation Administrative Regulations, a copy of which is on
file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
