Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
Under the authority of paragraph 123(2.1)(b) of the Workplace Health, Safety and
Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to provide approval
for the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission to make the
Construction Industry Early and Safe Return to Work and Re-employment Repeal
Regulations, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
