Under the authority of section 149 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation
Act, 2022, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the Workplace
Health, Safety and Compensation Regulations, 2023, a copy of which is on file with
the Clerk of the Executive Council.
