Lands Act
Under the authority of subsection 8(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to provide approval for the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and
Agriculture to make the Wind Energy Land Reserve Order (Amendment) No. 2,
copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
