Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to form an All-Party Committee on Mental Health, Substance Use

and Addiction to review the mental health, substance use and addiction services

within the provincial mental health care system, in accordance with the Terms of

Reference on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, with membership as

follows:

a) Minister of Health and Commvmity Services, as Chairperson;

b) Three Government Members of the House of Assembly;

c) Two Official Opposition Members of the House of Assembly; and

d) One Third Party Member of the House of Assembly.
