Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to make the Order titled “Town of Portugal Cove - St.
Philip’s Order, 2023”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
