Mental Health Care and Treatment Act
Under the authority of section 57 of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, and in
accordance with paragraphs 21(2)(a) and 21(2)(b) and section 22 of the Public Service
Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint/appoint
the following persons to the Mental Health Care and Treatment Review Board, for a
three-year term, effective from a current date:

a) Ian Wallace, Lawyer Representative;
Appointments:
b) Dr. Susan Dalton, Physician Representative;
c) Dr. Leslie Wheeler, Physician Representative;
d) Kathleen Healey, Lawyer Representative; and
e) LeeAnn Montgomery, Lawyer Representative.
