Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of paragraphs 5{2)(e) and 5(2)(f) of the Future Fund Act and in

accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Board of Trustees

for the Newfoundland and Labrador Future Fund, for a three-year term, effective from

a current date:

a) Dr. Susan Squires, as Provincial Government representative with expertise in

environmental matters; and

b) Kenneth Martin.
