Criminal Code of Canada and Public Service Commission Act
Under the authority of subsection 672.38 and 672.39 of the Criminal Code of Canada and
in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Criminal Code
Mental Disorder Review Board, effective from a current date:
a) Dr. Angela Margaret Penney, Psychiatrist; and
b) David Orr, Retired Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
