Public Utilities Act and Independent Appointments Commission Act
Under the authority of subsections 6(2), 6(3) and 6(4) of the Public Utilities Act
and in accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Kevin Fagan, as
Chairperson full-time commissioner to the Board of Commissioners of Public
Utilities, for a seven-year term, effective from a current date.
