Lands Act
Under the authority of subsection 8(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to provide approval for the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and
Agriculture to make the Wind Energy Land Reserve Order (Amendment) No. 3, a
copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
