Under the authority of sections 5 and 7 of the Liquor Corporation Act and in

accordance with sections 4 and 5 and paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent

Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

reappoint/appoint the following persons to the Board of Directors of the

Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, for a three-year term, effective

immediately, with remuneration to be paid in accordance with Level I rates

established by the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards,

Commissions and Agencies:

Appointments:

b) Joseph Galimberti; and

c) Rex Goudie.
