Environmental Protection Act
Under the authority of section 70 of the Environmental Protection Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Climate
Change to make an Order entitled “Trout River Harbour Dredging Project Exemption
Order”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
