Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Lucy Stoyles as Parliamentary Secretary
to the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, effective October 18,2023.
