Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Tourism, Culture,
Arts and Recreation to pre-commit the amount of $150,000 against its budgetary
appropriations for fiscal year 2023-24 to facilitate a contract for four season
transition planning for Marble Mountain with SNO-ENGINEERING, INC.
