Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 20 of the Buildings Accessibility Act and in accordance

with paragraph 21(2)(a) and section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to the

Buildings Accessibility Appeal Tribunal, for a two-year term, effective from a current

date:

a) Michael Duffy, as Chairperson and representative of persons with disabilities;

b) Debbie Ryan, as Vice-Chairperson;

Appointments:

c) Mary O’Brien;

d) Kirk Saunders; and

e) George Sweeney.
