Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992
Under the authority of subsections 18(5) and 20(2) of the Royal Newfoundland
Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to temporarily
appoint David B. Orsborn to carry out the duties of the Royal Newfoundland
Constabulary Public Complaints Commissioner, with respect to a conflict complaint,
effective immediately, until such time as the complaint is concluded, with remuneration
set at $225 per hour for a maximum of seven hours per week.
