Management of Greenhouse Gas Regulations
Under the authority of subsection 5.1(1) of the Management of Greenhouse Gas
Regulations, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to approve the request of
Braya Renewable Fuels to amend its baseline emissions intensity starting with
reporting year 2023, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the
Executive Council.
