Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
Under the authority of subsection 150 of the Workplace Health, Safety and
Compensation Act, 2022, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to provide
approval for the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission to make
regulations entitled “Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Administration
Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive
Council.
