Provincial Court Act, 1991
Under the authority of subsection 5.2(1) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judge Michael Madden to the
Panel of Part-Time Provincial Court Judges, effective November 1,2023.
