Under the authority of section 54 of the Constitution Act, 1867, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to cause a message to be delivered to the Honourable

Minister of Finance recommending Main Supply for 2023-24 in the amount of

$5,772,561,200, in addition to the amount of $2,974,162,700 authorized by the Interim

Supply Act, 2023, details thereof being set forth in the Schedule on file with the Clerk

of the Executive Council.
