Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close an abandoned portion

of old Route 81 in Whitboume (approximately 600 m²), as described in documents on

file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to forever transfer administration and

control of the subject lands to the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture.
