Hydro Corporation Act, 2007
Under the authority of subsection 25(2) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to set the level of short-term borrowings
permitted by Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro at $700 million until December 31,
2025, and thereafter at $500 million commencing on January 1,2026.
