Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 6 of the Labour Relations Act and in accordance with

section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to the Labour

Relations Board, for a two-year term, effective immediately:

a) Janis Byrne, KC and Roseanne Saturley, as Employer Representatives;

Gail Hickey, Sean Thomas Kennedy and Jacqueline Penney, KC, as Alternate

Employer Representatives;

b) David Shawn Hammond and Sean Noah, as Employee Representatives; and

c) Christina Kennedy, Sharon King, James Martin and Dermot Cain, as

Alternate Employee Representatives.
