Under the authority of subsection 4(1) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University to transfer the

following two parcels of land to the City of St. John’s:

a) 2000 m^ of land along Elizabeth Avenue and Westerland Road to facilitate the

completion of road upgrades; and

b) 1,919 m^ of land to facilitate the realignment and extension of Lambe’s Lane.
