Under the authority of subsection 37(4) of the Mineral Act and in accordance with

paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased for the Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology to reappoint the

following individuals to the Mineral Rights Adjudication Board, for a period not to

exceed six months, effective from a current date:

a) Liam O’Brien, as temporary Chairperson, to continue to chair the grievance filed

related to rights of the mineral barite contained within mineral licences 021890M

and 21891M;and

b) George Jenner, as temporary Member, to continue to hear the grievance

filed related to rights of the mineral barite contained within mineral licences

021890Mand21891M.
