Lands Act
Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to
issue a Crown lands grant for 44 hectares of land, as defined in application CL-116163,
to David Bartlett, for the purpose of a commercial campground, subject to the terms and
conditions applicable to such grants.
